Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and functionality issues
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation covering regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs
- Implement and maintain QA frameworks using Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality enhancement
- Maintain test environments and ensure consistent test data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver and automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with SQL and database testing concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
