Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate feature requirements
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple devices and browsers
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback for UX improvements
- Maintain and enhance test documentation and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in manual testing and test case development
- Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
