Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress) across multiple environments
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate UI/UX functionality and compliance with accessibility standards
- Analyze test metrics to improve quality assurance processes
- Mentor junior QA testers on best practices and methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automated testing tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Strong understanding of SQL for database testing
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
