Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and Selenium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches
- Automate test scripts to enhance efficiency and coverage
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Expertise with defect tracking tools and test management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with SDLC and QA frameworks (Agile/Scrum)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with SQL and basic scripting (Python/Java)
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
