Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on requirements
- Utilize JIRA and defect tracking tools to document, prioritize, and track issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to resolve defects
- Perform regression testing on new features and product updates
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with both manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
