Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity ratings
- Collaborate with development teams to implement robust test automation frameworks
- Conduct regression testing for critical features and user flows
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement reports
- Maintain and optimize test documentation and QA processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
