Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and quality metrics
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes in staging environments
- Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality insights to stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking systems and test management tools
- Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
