Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Collaborate with developers and product owners during Agile sprints
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test metrics to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
