Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and maintain clear audit trails
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to validate fixes and ensure quality releases
- Automate test cases using Selenium WebDriver and Cypress for efficiency
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Maintain detailed test documentation and test environment configurations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and defect management tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
