Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist with troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, printers, and peripherals
- Document incident tickets and maintain accurate IT service records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems
- Participate in system monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks
- Deliver user training on company applications and best practices
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and data protection protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues methodically
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
