Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity/priority classifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct regression testing for feature updates and system integrations
- Analyze test metrics to drive quality improvements and process optimizations
- Mentor junior testers on best practices and QA methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with SaaS products
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent
