Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and security patches to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users and server systems.
- Manage network cabling infrastructure, including fiber and copper termination and management.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to plan and execute network infrastructure projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards during all on-site deployments.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Cisco CCNA or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and switching.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
