Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and execution strategies using industry-standard frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product releases
- Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for quality improvements
- Maintain and optimize test automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA testing with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and test automation frameworks
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, and CI/CD integration tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or ISTQB equivalent preferred
- Experience testing cloud-based SaaS applications and APIs
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
