Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and IT certification programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
