Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify software defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and quality metrics
- Document test cases, results, and defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing for web/mobile applications
- Analyze product requirements to ensure test coverage aligns with business objectives
- Lead defect triage sessions and validate fixes with development teams
- Maintain test environments and troubleshoot testing infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management systems
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification a plus
