Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing across multiple platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity metrics
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for regression scenarios
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights for product teams
- Maintain test environments and documentation for compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS or web applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience with test management systems (JIRA, TestRail)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while collaborating effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
