Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Execute manual and automated testing using Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement insights
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress)
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API testing (Postman)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
