Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Create detailed test plans and test scripts aligned with Agile methodologies
- Perform regression testing, usability analysis, and compatibility checks
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to improve QA processes
- Maintain test environments and ensure optimal test data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug tracking systems
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and SQL database queries
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB or equivalent certification a plus
