Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify functional defects
- Develop detailed test cases covering usability, regression, and performance scenarios
- Document defects using JIRA with precise reproduction steps and severity classifications
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing across iOS/Android/Web
- Collaborate with Agile development teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with real-world scenario validation
- Maintain test documentation and continuously improve testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in test case management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking workflows and severity classification
- Proficiency in SQL for database verification and data integrity testing
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing integration
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced development environments
