Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers via Agile/Scrum methodologies to resolve issues
- Conduct performance and security testing for web and mobile applications
- Maintain test documentation and improve QA processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or equivalent preferred
