Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues pre-launch
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights
- Maintain test environments and QA documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and databases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Knowledge of accessibility testing standards (WCAG)
