Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with precise severity metrics
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement preventive measures
- Design test plans and scripts aligned with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Validate UI/UX consistency and performance across multiple browsers/devices
- Conduct regression testing for product releases and updates
- Maintain test documentation and QA process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Expertise in test case creation using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for complex systems
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or REST-assured
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
