Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical defects
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous testing
- Document test cases, results, and quality metrics using JIRA and Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with enterprise software
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Demonstrated experience with test management tools (TestRail, Qase)
