Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Perform regression testing on product updates and new feature releases
- Develop test cases covering functional, usability, and performance requirements
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Implement continuous improvement processes for QA methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
