Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and security vulnerabilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements
- Document and report bugs using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity levels
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and end-to-end validation across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct usability testing to enhance user experience and interface functionality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with cybersecurity or fintech products
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation and API testing tools (Postman)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
