Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Optimize backend APIs and database performance for enterprise-level applications
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation best practices
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to drive product iteration decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 5+ years in software development
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong knowledge of distributed systems
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
- Mastery of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and caching strategies
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira/GitLab workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Preferred: Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing
