Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scenarios using Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects in JIRA
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate requirements against business objectives
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and improve testing efficiency
- Maintain and enhance test documentation including test cases and bug reports
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with emphasis on web and mobile applications
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
