Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain test environments and ensure proper configuration for testing cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile apps
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
