Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with developers and product managers during Agile sprints
- Design and maintain detailed test cases covering functional, regression, and usability scenarios
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
- Maintain test environments and ensure test data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and test scripting
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or equivalent QA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing cloud-based SaaS applications
