Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain and update test documentation and QA processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
