Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing cycles using company-provided equipment
- Document defects and track resolution in JIRA with detailed severity reports
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve testing protocols
- Validate hardware/software compatibility across multiple platforms and devices
- Develop and maintain test cases based on technical specifications
- Participate in agile ceremonies to align testing with sprint goals
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with hardware/software validation
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting basics
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in complex testing scenarios
- Experience with cross-platform testing (Windows, iOS, Android)
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and create test plans
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
