Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Validate API responses using Postman and SoapUI
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Cypress frameworks
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies (black-box, white-box, gray-box)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB Foundation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
