Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Design and implement test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing across multiple platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and database queries (SQL)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
