Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity ratings
- Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and checklists for complex systems
- Perform regression testing on iterative builds to ensure product stability
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environments and data integrity for accurate validation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in SQL for data validation and test data management
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or ISTQB preferred
- Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced development cycles
