Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document detailed test plans, procedures, and defect reports using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, verify, and resolve critical bugs
- Validate UI/UX functionality across web and mobile applications
- Participate in sprint planning and regression testing cycles
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environments and ensure optimal testing infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman)
- Familiarity with SQL database validation and test data management
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
