Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress) across multiple browsers and devices
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve critical issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain test environments and ensure consistent test coverage
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA process refinement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression, performance)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, TestNG) and scripting basics
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
