Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Document bugs with detailed steps using JIRA and maintain test coverage reports
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Design test scenarios based on user stories and technical specifications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to refine QA processes
- Validate cross-platform compatibility across iOS, Android, and Windows environments
- Mentor junior QA testers and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process improvement mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent QA certification preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) a plus
