Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document bugs using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing and release validation in CI/CD pipelines
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts
- Analyze test metrics to identify quality trends and improvement areas
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in Agile environments
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for defect documentation
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced development cycles
