Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Perform regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Automate repetitive tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders
- Maintain and update test documentation in alignment with Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques with Selenium/Cypress
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration processes
- Experience with SQL database testing and API validation (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
