Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple platforms and devices
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect-tracking tools
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing for new features
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug-tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and web applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies preferred
