Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and maintain test frameworks
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Perform manual testing for usability, functionality, and compatibility
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
