Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results with detailed bug reports in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Design comprehensive test plans for new features and updates
- Perform regression testing on existing functionality
- Analyze test metrics to improve quality processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL and API testing (Postman)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (CTFL) preferred
- Experience with mobile app testing a plus
