Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for complex software applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and Bugzilla
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and other frameworks to enhance efficiency
- Conduct performance, usability, and compatibility testing across multiple platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Maintain and improve QA processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (manual, automated, regression, performance)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test management systems
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
