Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across diverse devices
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress frameworks
- Perform exploratory testing and usability analysis
- Collaborate with developers during Agile sprints to validate fixes
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics
- Lead test case reviews and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manual and automated testing experience
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of SQL and API testing principles
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience testing payment processing systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
