Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for continuous integration pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with Agile teams to validate requirements and provide quality insights
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Develop and maintain test environments across cloud platforms
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright) and CI/CD tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is highly preferred
- Proficient in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Experience with API testing using Postman/RestSharp
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
