Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify functional defects and performance issues
- Create comprehensive test plans covering regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Document test cases, defects, and results using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate API functionality using Postman and SOAP UI tools
- Implement continuous testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of agile/scrum development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
