Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve test coverage
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios for new features
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality reports to stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance regression test suites for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing both REST APIs and user interfaces
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
