Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test scripts for web/mobile applications using Selenium/Cypress
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing scenarios
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classification
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to refine QA processes
- Maintain test environments and create automation frameworks
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in financial technology or regulated industries
- Proficiency in Selenium, JIRA, and test management tools (e.g., TestRail)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks
- Certification in ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
