Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress and maintain test frameworks
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Validate API integrations using Postman and SOAPUI
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Qase)
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
