Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed severity classifications
- Automate test cases using Selenium WebDriver and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
